quenph Terms and Conditions: Rules for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the quenph website and any associated services, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you accept them without reservation. Your continued use of quenph after any updates to these terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the revised version.

These terms apply to every page, product, game, sports market, promotion, and support interaction on quenph. They work alongside the quenph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2. Eligibility

quenph is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to create a quenph account, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity when placing personal bets.
• You must not be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.

• You must not have been previously self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from quenph.

quenph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active quenph account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under fictitious identities — is strictly prohibited. quenph uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations.

3.2 Accurate Information

All details provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. quenph will verify this information against payment records and identity documents when required. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time verification codes associated with your quenph account. Do not share these details with anyone. quenph will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that someone else has access to your account, change your password immediately and contact quenph support at support@quenph.best.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on quenph are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). quenph accepts deposits through the following payment channels:

• GCash
• Maya
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard bank cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. quenph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own charges. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and any funds received from unverified sources may be returned or frozen.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. quenph aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within 1 to 3 banking hours for InstaPay/PESONet transfers.

quenph reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time requests or amounts above defined thresholds. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification documents are outstanding. Providing complete KYC information promptly will ensure faster processing.

You may not withdraw funds that originated from a third-party payment source. Any bonus-related funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6 before they can be withdrawn.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

quenph offers promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload incentives, and cashback programmes. Each promotion has its own specific terms. The following general rules apply to all offers:

• Bonus eligibility is limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise stated.

7. Betting Rules

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum single bet stake on quenph is ₱50. Maximum stakes vary by market and event type and are displayed at the time of bet placement. quenph may adjust maximum stake limits at any time in response to market conditions.

7.3 Voided and Postponed Events

If an event is cancelled or abandoned before a result is determined, bets are typically voided and stakes returned to your account. If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, existing bets will generally remain active. Specific market-level voiding rules are applied at quenph's discretion in line with industry standards.

7.4 Pricing Errors

quenph strives to display accurate odds at all times. In the event of an obvious pricing error, quenph reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they have already been settled. You will be notified and your stake returned promptly.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on quenph and may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the quenph platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies that exploit promotional offers.
• Using a quenph account to launder money or facilitate any financial crime.
• Registering under a false identity or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Accessing quenph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any quenph system or software.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing quenph staff or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

quenph is fully committed to responsible gaming. Online entertainment should remain enjoyable and should never cause financial hardship or personal distress. We encourage all eligible players to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits through the account settings.

If your account is closed due to a breach, quenph reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. If the account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, quenph, its directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, data, or opportunity arising from the use or inability to use quenph.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events outside quenph's reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
